Rep Power: 0 ![]() | After two years of being banned, I am attempting reinclusion. I need some clarification on a couple of Yahoos Guidelines. I know that some of you are going to say get a new url and start building links. We have a good clean site. I would hope we could make the necessary changes and be reincluded. There must be a way. I did try a long tome ago and yes as you guessed it did not work. Our site is a directory of Real Estate Professional (Home Inspectors). Their are multiple organizations that respected in the industry. We use with permission the following and wonder if this is why we have been penalized or banned. 1. Misuse of competitor names. Our site list names of organizations and their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We post this information for our users to understand what each of our members qualifications are. We have never asked for permission to post their policies, but each inspector has them posted on his or her sites. 2. Excessively cross-linking sites to inflate a site's apparent popularity. We have 6 pages of industry links with less than 10 links on each. This is the only two things I can see that may have caused a red flag. If anyone can help shed some light on this I would appreciate it. Thank you |
