Default Microsoft to buy Yahoo?

I came across in the newspaper that Microsoft is due to buy Yahoo to the tune of $50B. If this will materialize Microsoft is really due to fight head on with giant search engine Google.

It has been on and off, no one really knows although if Microsoft were to lose Yahoo to Google, that would really hurt but that's doubtful as the SEC would probably not allow it.

Well I don't think it is a good option to buy yahoo it would be nice to use that money on themselves and provide much better servies to people and make them popular rather then buying some other estabiished thing.
