These are usually sent out not always as scams as mass mailing is definatly a good way of advertising but.. The best thing to do is to get a new email address every so often and just use an older email for signing up to stuff...

It is true and if they started to look at domains then they will not be spammers . Spam is the name to send your messages to millions and who cares about domains ?
