Default Frauds by Broadband owners

Many people whu know nothing abt the internet and take a broadband connection can be easily duped as the owners sometime decrease the download limit and then add the extra charge

It happened with many of my friends before I took notice about it and registered a complaint with them

Be caerful with these guys...they are very smart...

I have a broadband internet connection. Good thing our internet provider is not like that. I have been contented with the service they are providing.

Default Wireless or Modem Bandwidth Theft

What do you mean they can easily be duped? I guess there is a cap on the internet service that you're using, and you're saying that somebody can use your service and make it look like you have used more bandwidth than you actually did? Is this for wireless or a modem?

I've heard of such cases before and my brother in LA used to tell me that there are times in which his download speed is slower than usual. I always tell him to go to speedtest.net to check his download speed. and if he does notice any changes, he should call his support number immediately. It is unfair on anyone's part being duped like that.

People with no knowledge of such things should constantly be monitored to find out if they are being treated right. Especially elder people who just got acquainted with the internet. I don't know who could do that job, but it would definitely be a great deal of help for such individuals.

when we take the connection the plan is different and later they charge us with a different plan.so it is wise to be extra careful.
