Have you ever tried Xoom Services? What do you think about them?
I had to send money to Chile the last week using my PayPal account. My transaction was ready and the money was available to pickup within 30 minutes. I recommend you to use Xoom if you need to send money to another country.

You can use your paypal account or your credit card to send money..

I have tried Xoom for several times already. It is a very covenient way to send funds from your Paypal account to a recipient whose country is serviced by Xoom. More often I use Xoom's promo codes to save from transfer fees.

Its not available in my country but my many friends from India use it. Since bank withdrawal is not option in India, therefore they use Xoom to withdraw paypal to bank account.
