you guys know any service like Western Union Money Transfer which allows you to send cash and that also pretty fast But charges small fee as compared to high fee of Western Union Money Transfer .

There are different ways you can transfer funds. There are also bank to bank services as well. I think it depends on what country you are sending it to, and the country you are sending it from.

isnt something like a money order that you can get from your bank the same thing as western union?

xoom is available as an alternative to WU. Check if your place is covered by it.

xoom although has very high surcharge on the amount you withdraw and if you are converting $ into other currency then also they offer very less conversion rate.

There's MoneyGram similar to Western Union and available to most countries. It's fees is also very less as compared to Western Union.

I tried Xoom to get my paypal delivered to my home. Although they charge very high rates but it maakes it worth it that they provide you security and insurance.

Another option would be Wire Transfer using banks. It takes 2-3 days but it is still fast and 100% secure. You only need to know SWIFT code and IBAN of the receiver.

Money Gram and XOOM are good and cheaper alternatives to very expensive Western Union Fees. Both of them have websites, so you can take a look at them: http://www.xoom.com and MoneyGram International Home Page
I recommend you to use Xoom, it's a very quick service.

There are different ways you can transfer funds. Xoom is also available and Money Gram is their too which can be cheap alternatives to Western Money.
