Default Paily Is A Scam?

I was looking for scams on the net and I found this one https://www.paily.com/ I checked out this site and doesn't seem legit. I did my googling and found a few bad things on them but they aren't listed anywhere. Many sites in the mall place are not paily sites.

The first thing they say is that they're fraud free. That could be a dead give away. lol

I wouldn't go so far as to call any service a scam unless you can provide at least details related about that scam. Certainly this is a free open exchange but again we don't want to be considered talking badly about any service on the net.

This would caution people to two factors:

#1 - Doing business outside the United States can be risky business as there are few laws to protect people on the consumer side when it comes to fraud outside the United States. That doesn't mean those laws are not there but for the life of me, I don't know what the laws around credit card fraud are in Israel where this company appears to be located.

#2 - If you are going to deal with ANYONE who claims to be in the credit card industry, make sure they are on the approved Visa CISP list of providers located here http://usa.visa.com/download/merchants/cisp_list_of_cisp_compliant_service_providers.pdf

Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I work at Paily. For your information - we are fraud free since we know our business in fraud, more than anyone else on the `net. That's our expertise.

Regarding credit card regulations, our acquirers in Israel conform with standard EU regulations, and credit disputes are handled for US, EU and ROW clients as they would for any Israeli clients. Out merchants (see our mall for more details) are well known merchants looking to do business and sell outside the US, and we help them dig our the treasure!

pguy, we don't mind people responding to reports on their own company but maybe an intro in the introductions section would be in order.

Welcome to the forum.

You are a third party biller because of this you must have additional industry certs behind your biz and you don't. By the looks of it like many scam billers online who get shut down off the net, you took a merchant account of your own and just started to run a billing site. Show me on any visa website, EU or other that shows you as an authorized third party biller? I know for example in the US as a third party company moving money you must be registered and regulated as a money transfer agent so if you are legit, which is HIGHLY doubtful, you aren't legal in the US and YET you take money from people in the US. Explain that Mr. Pguy!

I love catching scams, it's a lot of fun

Default Paily and CC billing certificates

As you may or may not know, the certification process with both MC and VISA is a two stage process. Once you've completed the first (the "self questionnaire") you may bill MC and VISA cards from anywhere while working on the "full audit", the second part, which then means that you are listed in both VISA and MC's site. Paily.com is signed with one of the world's biggest auditing firms and while in the process, though not listed, we are allowed to bill US cards as well. Now, unveiling scams is an important act, but you are barking up the wrong tree. But still - please continue - I appreciate your criticism, even if written in a somewhat vulgar way. "Chargebacks" - I am sorry, I am a newbie to this forum and stumbled here from Google while googline for "paily.com" or something of the sort. I will be happy to post wherever newbies are supposed to.
