pguy - I don't think anyone is criticizing you, this forum is about finding scams online and we've already uncovered countless ones already as you may ahve seen. While we don't condone any slanderous remarks, this is an open forum for anyone to post.

I am just curious, when you say that you are allowed to bill clients, what does that mean?

If I understand the first poster's claims, s/he claims that our service is scam since when you are not listed in Visa/MC "Authorized merchants" (merchants conforming to their PCI standard) and therefore is not legally allowed to bill US cards. I replied saying that we are compliant, yet in the process of authorizing this with Visa/MC. The process itself has a few formal stages, during which your business IS certified to bill cards from anywhere, yet is not listed in Visa/MC's sites. This is called the "PCI audit" process.

Never used the website, but it looks like a scam from right off the bat! People need to check their TOS to make sure it's legit or not!

Calling a service a scam without much knowledge is not a good thing. I know some people who have personally used this paily and like it. You should not call any service a scam, because the company may lose lots of clients due to a slight mistake of yours.

Many such hard to believe sites cropped up with zillions of scamster sites. due to less popularity and stiff competition they died their natural death.

Hmm, where is pguy now?

The absurd payment system requires several email addresses - I have only the one. Surely the thing that matters is being able to get the money from the credit card. I have used pay Pal with no problems for years - this paily mob are mad. I was unable to pay because I didnt have enough email addresses

Had to pay using Paily, which added on a charge of $7.50 to my order that was not indicated in the total amount, in spite of the fact that Paily claims not to charge any fees for their payment service. Follow-up surveys allowing a customer to complain about this automatically included with the submit button either an acceptance of a year's subscription to a number of magazines (very small print) or an agreement to be included on various lists for future contacts, so no complaint could be registered. I hope that epinions is a more trustworthy survey mechanism!

And what does that prove? 1. According to the first user's claims (which we don't know if those are true), he doesn't have > 1 email address, disallowing him to use Paily's service. 2. According to the second user's claims (which, again, we don't know if those are true either), Paily charged him with 7.50$ for using the service. Well, this is one way to say it. Another way to say it will be, that Paily charged the website using the service for 7.50$, and they passed the fee to the client, as stated in paily.com/faq_all. Neither of these claims state that Paily.com is involved with fraud. Therefore, your "Being right, fun" sentence is falsely claimed, because you were wrong by "proving" a claim that was not claimed. Unsatisfied customers appear even if your product is free. In other news: 1 + 1 = 2. Being right, fun! Didn't I tell you that microsoft.com is a pyramid-scam website? Isn't this supposed to be a high-quality forum? Good day,
