pguy - I don't think anyone is criticizing you, this forum is about finding scams online and we've already uncovered countless ones already as you may ahve seen. While we don't condone any slanderous remarks, this is an open forum for anyone to post.

I am just curious, when you say that you are allowed to bill clients, what does that mean?

If I understand the first poster's claims, s/he claims that our service is scam since when you are not listed in Visa/MC "Authorized merchants" (merchants conforming to their PCI standard) and therefore is not legally allowed to bill US cards. I replied saying that we are compliant, yet in the process of authorizing this with Visa/MC. The process itself has a few formal stages, during which your business IS certified to bill cards from anywhere, yet is not listed in Visa/MC's sites. This is called the "PCI audit" process.

Never used the website, but it looks like a scam from right off the bat! People need to check their TOS to make sure it's legit or not!

Calling a service a scam without much knowledge is not a good thing. I know some people who have personally used this paily and like it. You should not call any service a scam, because the company may lose lots of clients due to a slight mistake of yours.

It doesn't say it is a scam at all just that it needs more people going to it to so it can show its true potiential

Many such hard to believe sites cropped up with zillions of scamster sites. due to less popularity and stiff competition they died their natural death.
