well, there is no real way to escape keylogging if you use cyber cafe or public systems to do secure transactions or access your billing accounts. As anti-keylogger software can detect software keyloggers from your system. But there are hardware keyloggers available too.. so if you are sharing your system or if you are using a public system, it is advisable not to access any billing accounts.

Always prefer carrying out billing transactions from your personal computer, which is only accessed by you and keep your PC clean using firewall (so internal data when communicated to external resources, good firewall would alert you), anti-spyware, etc.

you can casually check through the programs installed onto the system however it wont be of much help as keyloggers run as services not as programs.

Thats why I try to use virtual keyboard on most payment processor sites like E-Gold has.. Installing anti-spyware programs would also help to prevent keylogging activities.

That's a scary thought that the very thing that's suppose to help you could be messing you up even more. Thank you for the warning.

i have played about with keyloggers, but i find shops online are more likely to use your details then that of a person using a keylogger. best to upload every file you download to online anti viruses and if your smart you will know what to run and what not
