I have. I would advice people against using them. I've had money taken from my account and had chargebacks made that weren't right. I had to put a block on my bank account and close out my bank account.

Stormpay often continues with their scam tactics like once they blocked few countries all of sudden and few million funds were eaten by them, once they implemented a system that you could only spend money on their auction site etc. Anyways, I don't use them because of obvious scamming reasons.

Sheesh. It looks like Stormpay makes a bulk of their money from blocking accounts. Scary!

I have never lost money in StormPay because I seldom use them, but a friend was chargeback wrongly and stormpay wasn't very good to recover it even after providing proof of transaction.
