I think there really isn't a need for:

Yes I agree on this point as the other members and visitors see that the rep power of a particular member is zero, it gaves him a negative feedback

I guess a lot of people that would be browsing this type of forum would be kind of curious as to what that is.
Either way though, I don't care. As long as we have the system enabled.
