I would start some kind of forum contest to get lurkers more into posting! Give out some t-shirts or some cash or something, that will get the lurkers off thier butts!

But for t-shirts CafePress would be a good option to take care of that.
Your "goodies" are easy to come by with proper searching. That would be good prizes because of this.
