Default emails...

i found having to type my real site email in to sign up was rather annoying I know why its done but cant you just introduce more spam protection then block free emails?

It's not really about spam protection but rather fraud protection. This forum is all about fraud prevention and so in the unlikely event that we need to track down a real user, it's much easier to do so with a real email address. Coming from the fraud industry, you'd be shocked how much fraud actually comes from free email providers.

I sometimes wonder how many of those free email providers would have a viable business model if it wasn't for the multiple scammers' accounts they host
