angle Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Posts: 58 Rep Power: 2	SE position it is well known that other important site link to your site"vote" is key to your site 's position (or pr) . but if a site has not other site linked to(or very few and with low pr), is it possible to raise pr or posion in SE, if yes, how to? just publish unique good content and run a long time?
