Looking For Good Pr Sites To Get Links

Hi, I am looking for a shopping, auction sites with a good pagerank to buy links from, not expensive, I want to get my pagerank high, any one can suggest something ? I try free ones before, but because they put your link somewhere in the middle of the site where the pr is 0, so it doesnt really work out for me.

And one more question about updating PR, how long does it usually takes to update PR, read a lot, everybody has different versions, does anybody try to track it and can spare actual results ?

You should present your site with good and fresh content,quality backlinks and perfect keywords to raise your page rank.

And I will go with Jerlene that the PR is updated every three months.

you may try Text Link Ads to buy links at higher ranked sites.

Pagerank is meaningless. If you have a site that is selling something then you want to be targetting incoming links from high traffic sites in your market.

That way the visitors you receive will be warm to your site already. Page rank won't get you any sales... unless you're selling links.
