Default internal page has higher PR than home page
how could that happen..? the internal page is a sitemap, disclaimer and a privacy page....WTF ?
this is according to iwebtool. then I verified it with my eyes and yup.

anyone else had this happpen..?

Hi,
Yours is a simple problem.If the back links are more in the inner pages then the chances are there that the page rank for the inner pages will be higher.

Yes thats true.It is related to amount of backlinks for your homepage and it look like you have less backlinks for your homepage.

yeah this is simple , it all depends upon the way the site is designed and even the landing pages.

All that means is that the inner page you're speaking of has more backlinks(more websites linking to it) than your main page.
