To get indexed fast just don't submit your site to any search engines using any services such as AddMe.com, etc. and wait for Google to pick your site up manually.

It totally depends on your website contents and the importance of your website in google's eyes. You can use google webmaster tool for speed up the indexing process. Google gives you 3 choices of speed.

I usually just submit my sites to a few directories, and google picks it up in a few days. I also put links to it on all my other sites. Just start building links!
