Default Aunt charged 9000USD on credit card

Apparently someone stole information from my aunt and had the nerve to go on a shopping spree and on a luxury cruise all on the expense of my aunt jerry. Now she is in her 60's and is a bit concerned about all of this. She is working with her bank to fix the issue but it's taking a long time. Anyone else been through such an ordeal?

Yeah let us know how it goes for sure. Usually banks are really good with credit cards and will refund almost 99% of the time from fraudulent charges.

Thats terrible but i`m sure the bank will help your aunt for this problem and they `ll fix it because it is not the fault of your aunt.

Yes, I have heard of something like this before. My friends were in a shopping center and had their purse stolen from them, the person had the nerve to go on and online shopping spree with the credit card and buy 00's of dollars worth of products. Luckily my friend was smart and some how tracked the person down trying to sell the mobile phone that was in the purse, he was arrested and charged.

This is why scammers should go to hell, due to the fact that these poor ladies are about to retire after years of hardwork, and some scammer takes their money away. This has got to be one of the sickest things to do.

It like that somebody has taken the credit card number and the password from your aunt and misused the card. But why you aunt has given such information?
