Thanks for the heads up.

Paypal aren't the ones scamming - that email has been faked to make it look like it came from eBay / Paypal.

Take a closer look at the headers.

That is true...But PayPal shud take notice of such ids n ban them...isnt it their responsibility...they shud ban usernames containing paypal altogether!!

If that user is still in PayPal's member list, then they should definitely ban him. That e-mail is definitely a scam and shouldn't be taken lightly. There are many more types of phishing techniques and we should all watch out for them.
