Good Day,

I am writing you today in respect of a group interest of certain
members of MEDECINS SANS FRONTIERES CHARITY ORGANIZATION (MSF),MSF is
an independent international medical humanitarian organization that
Delivers emergency aid in more than 70 countries to people affected by
armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion
from health care.

In 2005 when MSF called for relief for the Tsunami disaster,the
responds was so much that we received more than four times the amount
required. The charity decided to use the funds for other disaster
places like Sudan in Africa but about 1% of the donors refused to
redirect the funds. Therefore since 2005 we have embarked on the
process of reimbursement campaign to donors Worldwide out of the
surplus 83 million Euro.However, our greatest impediment in this
reimbursement campaign is that some of the donations were done
anonymously and we do not know who the donors are or how to reach them.

Two years after and with over 57 Million Euro reimbursed we still have
over 27 Million Euro left,this current Executive body of MSF will soon
be dissolved,It has become clear to us that we may never be able to
reimburse to all donors. So we have decided to privately arrange
"donors" and pull out some of this fund through the reimbursement
campaign.

I am soliciting for your kind co-operation, to work with me in other
to pull part of this fund without any fear or doubt as i
remain the MSF U K's Head of fund raising and as a matter of fact the
chief accounting officer for the funds raised and will use the
information available to me and my authority to make it possible.

The amount to apply for should not exceed 500,000.00 Euro in one
application but we can do multiple application with
different identities but the total amount must not exceed 5.7 Million
Euro.This is the amount I have updated the information
in my department and everything is set for the reimbursement.
