I have read in the previous post that you shouldn't trust e-mails that are sent to you that aren't personally for you. I mean some e-mails don't have your name on it. Is it logical to say that if it really came from paypal; then they would know at the least, your first name. right? Try to report these types of e-mails and just delete them.

Angry pay pal fraud

I just got this same email today...what does it mean?? I am new to the net and how did this person get my banking account number??????

They didn't get your bank info. This email is an example of phishing. They take a brute force approach to just spamming everyone and anyone hoping someone will bite and give them info so they can take your money. All and all, never provide your info to someone who ask for it by email.

Just don't worry too much and don't fall to their trap. Never give out any information about yourself, especially passwords and account #s.
