Does anyone actually fall for these scams? I mean come on people, if you fall for any of these phishing emails, Nigerian advance payment schemes, and what not, you probably deserve whatever happens.

I guess it's time to pour more chlorine into the gene pool.

There are a lot of people who are new to the internet and new to these scams. Everyone has been there. They may not have fell for it by inputting their information but I'm sure there was something in them that thought it could have been true.

Internet maybe - but radio? TV? Newspapers?

I'll take your word for it. I guess there must be some airheads left in the world or the phishing would stop for lack of interest.
