Default About Phishing

is the act of tricking someone into giving them confidential information or tricking them into doing something that they normally wouldn’t do.

“Phishing” is a form of Internet fraud that aims to steal valuable information such as credit cards, social security numbers, user IDs and passwords.

How to avoid it :
No bank or reputable institution will ever send an email requesting login details.

Be wary of links sent in an email. If the email requests personal details it is not to be trusted.

Check for a security certificate on the page in which financial or personal details are requested.

Phishing attempts are everywhere and they come in different forms. Always check the site URL you visit especially if these are sites where you you maintain funds. It also helps to install anti phishing softwares to help you detect phishing attempts.

Phishing attempts are when someone makes a look a like of a website like paypal and ebay and sends you an email asking for email and password.
Thats what phishing is.

I always check the URL when going to a site, and the best tip it when using bank site never use links from other sites.
Type in the URL yourself.

There are available free tools online which can help you detect phishing sites just in case you overlook the genuine link. Popular browsers have also add in features which you can install.

I always get many phishing site like this one. I hate it because they always come and attack my email account. The only solution, i deleted all of them and block them. I hope they will never sent more phishing mail to me.
