If you're running your online business which is a duly registered business then you are bound to declare your earnings and pay the corresponding tax not unless your business is covered by special tax holidays.

You should be paying taxes on any of your earnings. When you contact your tax office you will be informed of how much you are allowed to earn before paying taxes.

I do think that $10.00 is quite an amount below the level before paying taxes, contact your tax office and they can let you know and you will be able to sort out with them how much tax to pay them yearly.

Not on something petty like that but stuff like Google AdSense, yes.
