i think its offer for your country only. Its not an international program. Seem like the programs is the pyramid marketing. You should get more refreals to get more money. i don't like the idea of pyramid marketing personally. if i've to choose, i would choose MLM (Multi-Level Marketing). Similar concept but the naming give a better feel.
