Withraw Unverified Paypal w/o bank account/credit or debit with Xoom's pick-Up method

Oh man I really need help from you guys. Im from the Philippines and I have credit card/debit or bank account. Im still a student thats why I cant fund to open any bank account. They say you can use Xoom to withraw paypal account and use the Pick-Up method here In the Philippines. My question is, can I process Xoom transactions pickup method in withrawing my money from paypal w/o bank account?whats the limit?Im planning to do transaction once a week. For example If I have $1000 in paypal how will I withraw it w/o bank account/credit / debit card by using Xoom pickup method. Pls I need help urgently

If you are from the Philippines, you can still use Xoom to receive funds, including PayPal, as long as they are sent from abroad.
As long as you are not transferring funds to yourself within the same country then you are fine.
