I work online as a freelancer and whatever I earn in Paypal, I withdraw some of it and use the rest for investment on my ongoing online projects for more return in future.

Most of the times I withdraw the money but if I have online spending needs (like webhosting bill, domain registration bill) then I hold some money.

i would prefer withdrawing..but then it depends because if i need to spend it on ebay..i would then again have to initate the amount from my checking account..

It depends.If I want to buy something in e-bay or activate my rapidshare account or have online things to spend on ,I will.Or else I will withdraw it

If you are a online buyer, spend your money online itself no need to withdraw the money. If you wish to deposit a money in your account or to play with a physical cash in your hands better withdraw it.

I will withdraw to my bank account at some certain value.
HK$80 (USD$1x) is the minmium withdrawal for such transfer and it need 5 - 6 days to complete the tranfer to the bank account.
I think they should short the time for such transfer.
