Yes, but I agree with you. Paypal is faster than any other payment processor service except very few but again Paypal transfer is available all over the world and others are not.

not really. Western Union processes a transaction faster than paypal..

Things have changed dramatically.I don't find Paypal service slow anymore except chargeback policy which actually needs some extra time to resolve.

Yeah. Paypal service is no more slow. The customer care process your call instantly. Only Charge back takes sometime and it make sense as it needs to be resolved by both the parties.

The paypal service is really slow with respect to chargeback policy. If chargeback is applied by you or your client, then it may take a month or may be more than 3 months to resolve the issue. Thats where paypal sucks.

Yeah, I second you. Paypal takes some extra time for resolving chargeback issues.

Paypal support has undergone dramatic change. Now paypal's customer care service works quite well.
