What is VCC?

I often see people looking for VCC (Virtual credit card) and even paying money for it. What are these basically and how can they help someone to verify the paypal account?

It's a credit card so therefore people use it to verify their PayPal accounts.

that was not a very good description. A virtual credit card is a credit card that you can buy but you don't have to wait for an actual physical card to be delivered. The best thing is that you can use it right after you purchase it.

Another thing to think about with the VCC also is the fact that depending on your account status your "virtual" limit can be raised or lowered by you the owner.

Does Paypal accept you to verify your account through VCC?
I thought that they did not allow this.

Paypal will accept VCC. Thats why many people are involved in buying and selling of VCC at different money related forums.

Everything has pretty much been said already but I thought I would add that most of the ones you are buy for $5-12 will only be one time use. Usually just for verifying paypal.

VCC - Virtual credit card. It means a credit card in virtual with different number from your original physical credit card. It will expires within 24 hrs usually. You can use this card in the place of request for credit card, for safe shopping on net.

I like VCC, its a Virtual Credit Card, it's great for family members who don't trust shopping on the internet. Paypal also verifies VCC cards and also eBay does the same as well.
