Same as domain name, VCC is just another similar virtual product.
You need to pay $$ to enable its function but you can't touch it forever.
It will expired after a period of time and need to do the renewal.
Some VCC can be refilled as I know.
Better buying from a good reputation one as it has many pitfalls.

Virtual Credit card is useful when you don't have a credit card or you don't want to reveal your credit card details.

i don't think VCC is a good choice...i think the fee is alot right?? i no need VCC as my country accept withdrawal to my bank

Vcc credit card has no fees in my country and it is much more secure than a regular normal credit card.
