me myself confused whether they are legitimate or not...i have 2 paypal accounts and i keep adding vcc on them to remove the limits and all..i use paypal mainly for withdrawing...so for me vcc work great....

I have recently verified my Paypal account with a VCC and all went fine till now i havent experienced any problem, it works like a charm, i had to use it because on my country i cant accept any payment if im not verified.

I asked this question in another forum and some people told me, there are banks in the US and other countries, providing virtual credit cards to their customers, so I guess they are legitimate. But I'm not really sure.

yes buudy vcc is necessary if you love your money..because if your acc gets unverified then say goodbye to them

yaah but better option now is get yourself a credit card or debit ones.so you can transfer money to your local bank in case you need it..vcc don't allow it as it's virtual not phsyical

Not all the merchants want a paypal as a payment acceptent. They usually use the credit card as the term of payment
