These are NOT hacked stolen or exploited account at all!
These are created and verified with a US bank account for the purpose of sale and have never been used. This is to help people who have had problems with ebay etc for no reason and need to use pp for payment etc. I would not recommend keeping large amounts in these accounts and only guarantee they work when I sell them. You must change all details for your protection no one has access to them except you. I have a technique to set these accounts up and verify them for sale and they work thats all.

What about the address used when receiving checks via postal mail?

You can add another address with a VCC or gift card . I sell those to.

Or transfer funds to another paypal account the u can with draw from.

I just spend it all online personally LOL

They are empty and never used at all.

Like I say made for selling to people only.
