Default Verified and Unverified?

What is the difference, between Verified and Unverified users?

I mean people are always saying only trading with Verified users, is there a ChargeBack rule on this or something?
.

No it is just that if you are dealing with an unverified member then there is a much higher chance that you will get scammed by them then say a verified memeber.

And it also tends to mean that their funds are funded by credit card, usually verified members funds are from bank accounts.

I was unverified for a long time. There were some things I couldn't do. So I decided to get verified. Now I can do so much more.

Cardholders verify their accounts by linking it to a bank account.

If you only take orders from verified accounts and ship to confirmed addresses than you aren't liable for fraud.

PayPal put as limit on Unverified user, like only $100 sending limit, which is really quite small, and a monthly $500 withdrawal limit!! |For a verified user however limits are raised, plus its more safe to get the account verified.

I'm leary about sending payments to those who are unverified with PayPal. I don't really worry much if I send a payment to a verified member.

Yeah, that true, you are really comfortable when sending payment to a verified user. I also have a similar feeling.

Verified members give thier SSN numbers to paypal to verify thier identity and address as a us citizen, that's all. Helps when you are selling stuff also.
