Verified means that you can have almost limitless transcations whereas unverified has sever restrictions on amout of transaction. Typically to the order of 50$

Verified users are nothing but those who have added their credit card to paypal for transactions. It will always be advisable and good to transact with verified members as they are real to deal with and the cheating rates will be less compared to nonverified.

For me if we want to deal with someone, we look at their paypal verification is it true or its become scamming me. If they verified than we know that they are not a scammer

I would definitely be a nonverified member rather than being a verified because i have a fear whether paypal will start deducting money from my credit card without my knowledge or charge me more when i verify using my credit card.
