Do you trust unverified paypal accounts? I myself hasn't verified my paypal account yet, but if sellers/buyers will trust verified accounts, I might make second thoughts about it.

I do not really trust unverified users unless the deal is short but sweet and it happens successfully, I will then continue to wheel and deal with them!

I don't trust dealers with unverified accounts in general.
It is not very different from dealing with a complete stranger in real life.
In each case, you don't know the other person's identity.

What is the difference of unverified paypal account to verified paypal account? Can you still use your paypal account even if it is unverified?

unverified paypal account: first of all you have a sending limit of $100 and recieving is unlimited and they are not verified using theircredits cards
verified paypal account: You dont have any limit in sending or recieving money and you have verified your account using credit card
why credit card is used to verify your account because it has all valid information of yours, but noadays many of the people are using virtual credit card to verify their paypal account in which you can out any information you want can be false too!
so now there's nothing to do with the trust regarding verified and unverified paypal account because anybody can verify their acount buying vcc spending some $$$

If you want to work online than you have to trust because remember smart guys can get verified in any forum for just $ 10 or less than how can you judge this guy has been verified by own credit card .

Personally, I don't trust dealers with unverified paypal accounts.
After all, verifying an account is a very simple task and if they can't even be bothered to do it, they may not even be serious in their dealings.

Well .. I only deal with persons which have good feedback on the forums and so I have no problem with un-verified account . But , if you are dealing for high $$$ then ofcourse , verified member is more trustable then an unverified user.
