yes, you can directly transfer your paypal funds to your associated bank account.

It took me 6 days to get my money here in the Philippines.

paypal does not support e-transfer to indian banks atm. Cheque is the only option or you can shop around online with the money you have in paypal account.

Yes, you can make your payout to major banks in India from Paypal. I am making my payout to the my bank account only. It takes me 2 full working days for the transaction process to be completed.

As others already answered you can. The transaction time is assumed to be within 7 days , but normally its take just 48 hours for the transaction to complete.

Yes you can transfer money all over the world via Paypal if it is available in your country. Since, I have send funds many times to Indian guys the service is available in your country and all transaction are normally processed within 48 hrs as far as I have seen.
