I know so many people sometimes have limited account access.When you have limited access first thing to do is checking resolution center for required information that paypal wants from you.If you send the information to paypal in a short time your account will be restored very fast.An other way is calling and it works faster than faxing them.I hope this information helps you.

thanks for sharing... we have limited account access due to security reason... and i trust paypal in their security job...
