Are U Guys satisfied with paypal & its policies regarding Chargebacks ???

Yep. I love PayPal. I'm able to do money transactions online and didn't require a chargeback yet.

The only problem I've ever had with PayPal was a chargeback I had to do, but the guy already cleaned his account out, so I only got back like $2 or something.

I think they are pretty leanient on their chargeback policy...you can do a chargeback against them without them closing your account...very few merchants allow this...

i've never had a chargeback filed against me...so i really can't speak on 'the other side of the fence'

I have had no problem as of yet and I think they are doing a good work.

The only issue being the high fees

Yep, pretty much satisfied. The only thing that bugs me is there high fee when someone pays you by CC.

In a way i hate paypal, in a way i love it.
Becuase it's free, but i can't buy someting on the internet with it.
I need a credit card, that i dont have

I have never had to use the chargebacks feature, so I can't really answer that. I wish they didn't charge quite so much to recieve funds.

Paypal has probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are ok when things are running smoothly, but if you have an issue be prepared to wait on hold forever, on long distance to Nebraska at your expense, to resolve it. You can literally call 4 different times and get 4 different answers from those clowns.
