All you need is a credit card to verify your account. There are others way out like VCC but they ain't good.

Using VCC, you may end up loosing your funds once the VCC expires. The best option is to use a credit card to verify your paypal account.

Credit card is the best option to verify your account. Virtual credit card do the same but they are not reliable as they are virtual.

I second you. Its worth using a cc than a VCC.

Better wait for sometime and get a CC, then loosing your fund.
