Default Problems with the debit card.
I got the debit card a while back and I've been using it for most of my purchases.
I tried using it last night though and it wouldn't go through on any machine. I tried a few stores.
I know my card has money in it. I check my PayPal account balance daily.
I don't know why it isn't working. Any ideas?
