Xoom.com, is a online money transfer similar to western union and like that. They are one of the best online money transfer in the net. I always use them for money transfer. They directly deposit the money to your bank account. They are best in their service.

Xoom will allow you. You can opt for bank transfer as it is the best option. Xoom will charge $8 as fees and will offer a exchange rate lower than the original one. Anyways it is a very safe transfer option

xoom good only for those counrty were u r unable to withdraw from paypal

as i am from india and i use paypal withdrawal feature because there no receiving or withdrawal fee for amount above 7000 / 200 usd

and if there no paypal withdrawl in your country then i guess xoom the best

I have a unverified international paypal account and I can accept payments, why aren't you able to do it?
Anyway, I have used XOOM services to withdraw money from Paypal, they are a reliable company, money is ready to take 30 minutes after the transaction. But I don't know if you can accept payments and then send them to PayPal.

My advice, better you verified your paypal. Just use personal account when you verified if you afraid to get deduct by fees. I think you can use xoom if you country in their list. Too bad, my country is not in their list. So, i cannot try them..

Yap. Its also similar with moneygram. The fees also cheap i think if we use xoom and moneygram. But not all people can use xoom service. My country also not in their list.So, its hard for people from my country to use them. But its fine. I have my own method to withdraw my paypal money from paypal.

Yes, you can withdraw cash from paypal through xoom. I have used their service and they do send the check in your local currency to the address you specify to withdraw. It will also reach you very fast, it is indeed good and would strongly recommend you.

Not sure whether xoom is accepted in philipines but one thing is sure that you can actually withdraw money from your paypal account to xoom very easily without any fuss. They charge a nominal service charge for that!

Just to update you now, starting January 2008, the Philippines can finally receive money from Paypal and then through your bank.

Oh man I really need help from you guys. Im from the Philippines and I have credit card/debit or bank account. Im still a student thats why I cant fund to open any bank account. They say you can use Xoom to withraw paypal account and use the Pick-Up method here In the Philippines. My question is, can I process Xoom transactions pickup method in withrawing my money from paypal w/o bank account?whats the limit?
