Can I do transactions with my Unverified paypal account?
If yes then what are the limits?

I think that you will have to at least have a credit card verification before being able to upload or withdraw money from Paypal.

you can do transactions but its limited to $100 then you need to verify your account

Yes, you can do transactions, but anything big and will have to verify your account, for safety reasons.

Yes you can surely do the transaction. Your sending limit would be 100$ only...
