There are millions of teens here in the USA with debit cards that can be purchased and used as paypal verification.

for people those who know to scam below 18 years of age it is not that much difficult to deceive paypal. Strict regulations must be adhered to. Else funds will be mismanaged or it is better to allow them to use with their parents nod.

The credit is not a matter, without adding a credit card you can have any account it may be personal, premier or business. The only thing is you are limited or in other way you are restricted to some limit.

I dont think they dont matter if the credit card and bank account belongs to your parents name on it. I had paypal when I was 16

People who are not yet 18 years of age provide false DOB to paypal and they create an account.I think it is highly dangerous dealing internet money. Children of that age should not be allowed to access paypal

you can also get paypals on some website forums, I have seen this happen a lot I wont name the sites but I always see posts

“selling my paypal account with 5$ for 200 credits” all a child would have to do is pay 200 credits and táááda you have a paypal!

If you are under 18 and what happens if paypal wants some proof about your identity? For example utility bill. Your account will be limited for access and you cant use it.

Many people under 18 just use there parents credit card and e-mail with the parents promission. I really dont see anything wrong as long as they have parent promission.
