Paypal under 18?

ive seen people over the internet who are under 18 with a paypal account. i was wondering if it is possible to obtain a paypal account if your under 18 or weather thier all using a parents account.

Yep being 18 is a must, well I know there have got to be some smart kids who have found a way around this, and hence the first scammers of the new generation were born.

Legally you have to be 18 or over, but some people who use it or under 18. I know some of them have their parents information in, so they are legally signed up... but they should be using it.

in my country rules are always broken but you can always open an account with your parents details and change it when you turn 18!

you have to be 18 to access paypal.But they are using fake date of birth to obtain paypal ids . I have seen a lot of people do it

Parent's emails should be alright as long as it's attached to their bank accounts.

How can people below 18 years of age become a paypal member???.You need to have a credit card to become a verified member of paypal
