Default Paypal Support Team

I recently sold my first items on an eBay account I made several years ago. I was doing good until I found out that the payments went to an email address I used a long time ago with Paypal. I was confused on what to do so I emailed their support team, and they gave me a somewhat quick response (about a day on the weekend) with details on what to do. I did it and I got my money. Everything is fine now, Paypal has been really good to me.

I am glad that they were very quick to help you. They are not always so good if you have an account type problem with a dispute or something else. They constantly feed you auto messages that are not entirely directed toward your question..

Paypal has been pretty good to me as well, they were great when I gave them a call. The hold times weren't too bad either .

The few times I have had to call PayPal support, they were always very helpful, polite and fast.

Although my mom once got an attitude with them, and they shut down her paypal account. It was a case of her refusing to refund an eBay buyer, she had no tracking to prove she shipped and even when I told her she had better issue the refund, she thought she could talk PayPal out of not refunding. She called them, told them she was not going to do it....and then got mad when they told her she had to if she could not prove she shipped. Thankfully she now stays off eBay.

Paypal support team has really been supportive to me.
I had a doubt about the getting the check from them and they responded within a week with details about what all options I had.
I really liked the way interacted with me.No complains.
