Paypal for sending only?

I was so happy when Paypal started in the Philippines only to find out that it's only for sending. Why does Paypal do that and why not give us the full package??

give it time, it should work everything out, it probably cant change currency of other countries to philippines yet, maybe contact them and ask when it'll be available

it will take time but soon you will get to take the advantage of whole packages! have patients friends, give some time to paypal

Pay Pal is probably having a hard time finding a steady currency rate or something of that matter

That's a very interesting concept when it comes to paypal and multiple countries, never considered that as a factor. Two thumbs up!

See it in a positive way , atleast they have now included your country and most probably paypal will become fully functional in your country after sometime . Ofcourse , they must be having some issues with your currency or something thats you are not able to enjoy the full service for now .

Well it is a matter of time till paypal will already consider your country to have the full package. It may be that they are still having a study about the country's currency rates and even having feasibility study.

Is that also how other countries like India started? How can you benefit from using paypal then, if all you can do is send out money with it.

They probably are working on it right now. Its a legal process and their are legal formalities to fulfill. It might take some time but they will make it available.

Have you tried to contact them about this to see im pretty sure they will say that they are working as hard as they can on it. But just to be sure.
