I don't agree. Even if I agree for a moment it is secured, the charge back policy of paypal is ridiculous with no sense of proper implementation. A buyer can easily screwed up a seller.

Yes, it is unless you becomes the victim of phishing attack. I have been with paypal for long and as of till now there hadn't any problem.

Yes it is. But for making easy money users don't hesitate to cheat others and as bees hovers around honey so does this cheater. Hence, it increases the danger. But being little more careful, it can be avoided.
