paypal problem

I am new to paypal and recently my account was made limited. The reason being citied was that someone else had accessed my account. What to do now? I am unable to send money or withdraw money.

Check that there isn't another e-mail address in your PayPal profile.

Change your password.

Telephone PayPal immediately.

To get their telephone number, go to PayPal and look for the "Contact Us" text link, near the bottom of the page.

On the next page, you will see;

I think that you'll need to follow up with PayPal Customer Care to find out what the issue is.

Welcome to the world of people harrased by paypal. They limit your account for no obvious reasons, and if you are not able to arrange credit card verification then all your money is gone in their kitty.

If that was the reason, you have to contact customer support with the proof that you are the real person who is the owner of the account. They might ask for some documents and after verifying they will unlock your account.
