If u use paypal just casually, use a personal account. I think limits can be removed by adding a bank account or credit card to your personal account.
Else use premier acc.

I suggest premier it will pay off because you will become addicted to selling & buying.

You'd be better off with a premiere account.
You'll have fees now but at least it won't be limited.

Yup go with Premier Account, Personal account is really for families or friends who send you money once in a while. If you are serious about your business, go with premier account.

Smile You can apply for a debit card

You can apply for a debit card, more security. Now paypal accept debit card for withdrawal of money. Which country are you?

Why are you asking that same question in all of the PayPal threads? I don't even understand it...
